I'm running an Asus Dark Hero....Supposedly the WiFi card supports WiFi6, and so does the router...

Why can't I see the SSID or connect?

I'm sure it's something I'm doing incorrectly.,...

It appears to have an AX200 card which does not support Wi-Fi 6e but does support W-Fi 6 or ax. So you should be seeing the SSID on the 5 GHz radio but not the 6 GHz radio.

I need to know what you are referring to by "it" not supporting.

The system does support Wi-Fi 6, just not Wi-Fi 6e. It can get confusing because the "e" designates the 6 GHz band and without the "e", only the 2.4 and 5.0 GHz bands are supported. You would need an AX210 Wi-Fi card in order to see the higher frequency. Make sure and verify in the Device Manager you do actually have the AX200.

I will tell you this, those cards can be changed out but it is not easy and I would not suggest trying.
