Hello, I have started the data collection and hit submit and let it run overnight, but there is no data. I note that when I go to the site survey to view all the APs in my area (I'm in an apartment), there are no interfaces or channels to select from.
Should I reset my modem and see if the interfaces show up?
Edit: I reset the modem which didn't resolve the problem of missing interfaces. Can anyone chime in as to why the wifi interfaces are missing from the site survey?
Edit 2: I am going to try a hard reset via WPS button which should bring the router back to its original configuration. I noticed that using the reset button doesn't bring the router back to factory default.
