2) After several hours, disconnects the connection with the dropbox.
As I had the software Version 3.0.0.4.386.42643 everything worked

- It can act as a router with NAT
- It can act as a Bridge with no NAT
Can you find out what mode your modem is in (router mode or bridge mode)? Do this by logging into the modem's web interface. BTW, your modem is basically a gateway device.
