HI Everyony
I have this weird issue from yesterday
The router was working perfectly fine since i bought it around 2 years but since yesterday in my Mobile and other deviced
5Ghz Network SSID is not visible anymore which was Named as XXXXXX_Media
Only XXXXXX_Internet is showing across all devices which is 2.4Ghz Network SSID

When i logged in my routher i noticed
Under Wireless - General Settings
BANDs i have only 2 options 5 Ghz-1 and 5 Ghz-2 if i remember correctly there was 2.4Ghz before
if i select 5 Ghz-1 its showing XXXXXX_Internet and
on           5 Ghz-1 its showing XXXXXX_Media (which is not visible on across any device..)

I tried firmware flash again
restart even facotry reset too not sure if something is broken or whats wrong here

On Wifi router 2.4Ghz LED is off only 5Ghz led is working

Please do suggest its very expensinve router for me and in INDIA ASUS ROUTER Service is not good

I had a strange thing happen to my BE-98 Pro this morning.  I realized I was not showing two of my SSIDs and I realized the 2.4 and 5 GHz radios were turned off, no light for those two radios on the router.

It seems it has gotten back to normal as of this time.  Maybe there was some type of update for these routers which did not work as expected.

Use a WiFi Network Analyzer app on a smartphone and verify 2.4 GHz is not being broadcast.  Are 2.4 GHz devices not working?  (I'm afraid you didn't mention, or I missed it).

My system just went through the same thing again today, so I did a hard factory reset.  I will advise if that helped.

How you did hard reset ?

And as I can see in your screenshot atleast 2.4 ghz is visible then 5

The radios with the Control Channel showing 0 were not available, only 6G-2 was working.

I did it from the Administration Page and the restore option.  You can probably hold down the WPS button when you turn the power on until the power light starts to blink.

It may not hold, but I won't know until tomorrow.  It has happened both times overnight.

Yikes 6 GHz-1 also.  @nitinvaid20 Does yours show the same?

This sounds very similar to damage due to security vulnerability malicious code.  What was/is the currently installed firmware version?

My system seems stable still this morning.  Hopefully it will stay that way.

Your log is not showing the same errors as mine was.  I see a fairly large time disparity, so have you verified your time zone on the Administrative-System page?

If it might be relevant, I am running one of the VPN servers.

I will be looking through my logs to see if I can find where the system picks up that control channel number.
