Asus be96u or Asus zenWiFi bt10. Product Recommendation

I picked up the Asus be96u, it performs great. Has great range overall. Only 1 room does the 6ghz band does not cover well. The only problem is the size of it. Its enormous.

I was wondering if a SINGLE unit of the Asus zenWiFi bt10 would have similar range at 6ghz as the be96u? and perform similar overall? It may be a better cheaper option that is more compact. Since this is a mesh system if needed I could add another unit for better coverage at 6ghz?

It may help to know what speed your service is, and whether you will wire them or use wireless backhaul.  There seems to be a caveat to MLO (backhaul, fronthaul, or both), that it only works between same models...
