ASUS AX3000 V2 - ping spikes

i have ping spikes on my router ASUS AX3000 V2 every 2-3 minutes spikes touch 150-250ms in Pingplotter. My connection is fiber 1000/500mb.

I tried switch off every settings, called my ISP, nothing work out to resolve problem. I turned off all devices, leave only wired notebook, factory resets...nothing changes.

Can you somebody have similar issue or you know about possible solution?

I'm afraid I only check ping on www.speedtest.net .  It does not appear to be all of them getting the same large spike.  Do you have another router to compare?
