Adguard Blocking Sites on Wi-Fi Devices (RT-BE88U ) but WAN DNS is set to Google

My android devices are set to DHCP and have no specified DNS servers. However, I noticed that when I'm connected to wi-fi, I am unable to access some websites, as they are being blocked by AdGuard.

It must carry over to the LAN ports too, because my interior router, which forms a sub network off the Asus router, it's wi-fi is also under AdGuard protection as I have verified by switching wi-fi networks.

My phone does not have any AdGuard app on it.

My WAN DNS is set to Google, and I would assume the wi-fi inherits this, as there is no Advanced options for the first Wi-Fi setup to change DNS servers.

I have a guest network under another SSID that uses AdGuard, but I'm not connecting to that network.

Where does the main wi-fi inherit its DNS settings from?

I believe it can get the DNS from the Default Gateway IP, but I could be wrong...

My router's DNS is set to Google's DNS. Only one time, a week earlier I tried setting AdGuard as an experiment. I soon set it back to Google. But the wireless devices are all still blocked.

Don't suppose you tried restarting those devices (with the non-Adguard DNS set on the router/gateway)?

Yes, I rebooted the android devices and they are still blocked by AdGuard.
