2.4g Band Gone (GT-AX1100 PRO)

Good Evening,

I searched around for my issue and couldn't find anything. We recently had a power outage and when the power came back my router only shows 2 networks, the 5G ones. Weird thing is, it renamed my 1st 5G network the name of my 2.4G network... and it seems the 5G #2 has just fallen off the face of the earth. When I look at my network map, the router says I am broadcasting 2.4, and 2 x 5G networks... but when I got to wireless settings, it only shows 5G-1 and 5G-2. I tried finding a setting that would enable 2.4G, that I guess would somehow have turned itself off after the reset? Couldn't find anything. Any help would be appreciated.

Try to find a network analyzer app for mobile device and scan.  Otherwise it may be a good idea to hard/factory reset the router and try setting up your network again.  (Hopefully not a complex setup).

I went and analyzed and sure enough there is no 2.4 network being broadcast. Only the two 5G networks are showing up. In other news, I also tried to factory reset the router. Once on the web app and once by pressing the reset button and... no change. The router tells me there is a 2.4 network and it is active, but I am not seeing it on any device.

May be the radio transmitter went bad.  I hope still under warranty?

I have the same issue with my ASUS ROG GT6 except my 2nd 5Ghz network showed for a week then disappeared.
