Asus Strix Aura Edition PSU RGB issue

Recently I bought
Asus ROG Strix 1000W Gold Aura Edition

The issue is the dark mode in aura sync don't work. The rgb of PSU not remember last settings, when is not set always have rainbow effect.

Is it a flaw design or my bad unit? For example Asus ROG Thor 1 (2 pin RGB header also) works very well and different behavior.

based on your issue, may I inquire if you are using a connector cable? 

If the connector cable is not used, the default color effect is rainbow. 

What is the current lighting effect you have set? If you set other lighting effects (non-rainbow mode), does it still display the rainbow mode? 

Please provide a video demonstrating the scenario where you set a different lighting effect, but the device still shows the rainbow mode upon powering up. Additionally, please provide a screenshot of the Armoury Crate update center and logs.

Cable not connected = rainbow color

Cable connected = every settings instead dark mode is OK

The issue is the PSU do not remember last setting when the plug argb is disconnected. The old Rog Thor remember colors and Dark mode works very well with no issues.
