I just bought an Asus rog thor platinum ii 1200w source does not turn fan?

But I see that the fan does not turn!
I know there is a zero decibel button so that the fan turns only when it is at a certain temperature, but I have it deactivated and it should always turn...

Since I have an Asus Thor 850w and when I turn off the zero decibel button the fan works and doesn't stop turning..
