Rog Thor II on a Rog Astral 5090 OC use the original 12vhpwr or the adapter?

Hey I have a Rog Thor II 1200w and a Rog Astral RTX 5090 OC I have not gotten any warnings in gpu Tweak III but I noticed on Mileage I am getting some high usage. Should I contact asus and get a new 12vhpwr cable? Or should I use the provided 12vhpwr adapter that came with the card? If I have to get yet another new PSU I am not going to be happy...

It seems that the two are not related. Was shown the FAQ, I have been paranoid after a bad brand new 12vhpwr cable from cablemod that threw an error on GPU Tweak III,  then I discovered the mileage screen, and last week my 14900k got slammed with 1.5v on the vcore/vid thanks to intels new bios/microcode since my cpu was a lower quality of silicon so intels solution was yeet it... Has not been a great week on my pc...

Hi,

That's correct, the mileage indicator for traditional stats. It doesn't contain or pertain to warnings produced from Power Detector+ and exceeding per-pin currently limits. That is strictly shown with the PowerDetector+ tool
