ROG Phone 8 Pro calling issues

Hello, I am having trouble getting called. The issue is found in the picture where I get a message at 12.49 from a missed call that someone tried to reach me at 12.38. The annoying part is that I haven't touched settings since the evening before and I asked my mom if she could call me to test, but it worked fine. Am I missing some setting? I have Do Not Disturb off, calling network preference is set to 5G, VoLTE on.

Maybe you need to test for more times to see if it happens again. I am wondering if there is the possibility that the 4G/5G signal may be weak (as 3G not available in your area, or, you only set as 4G/5G) for some time and leads to the failure of receiving calls.
