Currently I'm using the rog phone 8. My experience with this has been bitter. 3 months after buying the phone the back of the phone started separating. There was considerable gap visible between the phone and the back cover. My nfc and my camera stopped working. My flash stopped working. I already submitted for warranty two times but the same problem comes back after a few days. I genuinely believe that ROG 8 is a good phone but I just received a faulty product. But I just want to know is there any way to get help from asus directly? Because claiming warranty is a hassle because they reset the phone everytime.
