I disabled the automatic adaptive brightness setting because i dont want it to constantly change when i am playing a game where my hand is going over the sensor but for some reason whenever i play a game (Teamfoght Tactics) it keeps adjusting the brightness. Any way to fix this so the brightness is on a fixed setting? Looks like a bug to me.

Maybe you can try to use "Lock brightness" on Game Genie withing having to disable adaptive brightness.

Yeah so the strange thing is that does not lock the brightness for me. It is still lowering the brightness when i put my hand on the sensor. Thanks for the reply

Sure but the only thing you'll see is the brightness changing when ive disabled it.
Ive uploaded a video to YouTube since i can only upload images here. https://youtu.be/catucGOeOr0?feature=shared
I have also locked it in the my settings and it seems to only start adapting once i'm playing. Not sure about other games i only play TFT atm.

Check Brightness Settings: Disable Adaptive brightness in Settings > Display and adjust manually.
Update Software: Ensure the phone has the latest updates under Settings > System > System update.
Safe Mode: Reboot in Safe Mode to check for app conflicts.
Wipe Cache Partition: Clear system cache via Recovery Mode.
Reset Display Settings: Reset display preferences in Settings > System > Reset options.
Factory Reset: If unresolved, perform a factory reset after backup.
I have implement these steps on my device and my issue resolved.
