ROG phone 7 problem

I have a problem with my phone. It restarts itself without me touching it, and I don't hear any sound even if I put headphones and Bluetooth Not working and other problems I hope to solve the problem

1. What is the software version on your phone?

2. Reboot phone to see if issue persists

3. Go to [Settings] > [Apps & notifications] > [See all xx apps] > (upper-right three-dot icon) [Show system] > [AudioWizard] > [Storage & cache] > tap [Clear cache] and [Clear storage]. Then re-confirm if issue persists

Hi version 33.0820.0810.121 is VERY old. Please update to newest 34.1010.0820.88 and re-confirm. Thanks.

To upgrade Android 14, you need to update to the latest version of Android 13 first, namely, 33.0820.0810.241. Please go to [Settings] > [System] > [System update] and tap  "Check Update". Thanks. If your phone unable to receive FOTA, please provide SN of your phone for me to check.

Hi after checking your SN we found that your phone was flashed from CN version to WW version (thus no warranty), thus unable to receive FOTA. Please ask for assistance from where you got this phone. Thanks.
