Rog phone 5S sound stopped suddenly

Hello, i faced an issue while playing a game, the sound stopped suddenly, no more sound is heard from speakers, but still working when using headphones. Unfortunately my warranty just expired on November 17th 2024, how can i access any hidden menu which allow to test speakers ? The code ,12345+= from calculator is not giving any test related to speakers. Have anyone face this issue with rog 5s ? The phone is well updated as per the latest available android 13.

But you can test speakers on Youtube or any other app that sounds comes out.....

Didn't solve the issue, most probably the speakers are damaged since the sound is working well from headsets.

The speakers test is appearing only when restarting in safe mode.
