Rog 6 conected but not charging

When i plug the charger it charge but after 20 to 30 sec. Charging indicator logo is gone but the charging indicator light is still red status conected but not charging when i used other charger orig. Charger RO8 same issue but when i use other charger not asus charging is ok but not hypercharge.. olso i tried my charger to ROG 8 and its work properly.. so i think the problem is hypercharge i think theres a conflict sometimes its work but mostly not...

Cross check if something wrong with cable, adapter, or even charging port (side and bottom)

All parts are good charger is working well on my ROG 8 pro. any charger except Original charger are working fine to my ROG 6 as i mention the issue is hypercharge if phone detect the original charger after a few sec. It will cut the power and the status is conected but not charging.. but if phone detect normal charging or fast charging using other brand charger the charging is working fine no problem at all but 1 thing i find out last night if i charge with my battery lever is critical like 0% 10% 20% it will charge with Original charger hypercharge but if battery is 30 40 50 60 70 80% its say connected but not charging... So annoying..

Maybe you need to go to service center

This is a bug firmware issue not a hardware issue please fix it to upcoming update tell them that there is a bug about charging hypercharge
