The lag happens if I have Mozilla/Chrome (or any other window) open and then press the Square on the bottom right to minimize the page and get it ready for closing. Basically, if I then push the minimized window up for closing, it does not move if I pushed it immediately (less than a second) after it was minimized. It's like I have to give it 2 or 3 seconds, then push it up, and then it will move up and close.
To be fair, if I minimize the window for closing and the push up the window really hard, it will close even if I do less than a second after the window has been minimized. In other words, it seems the the sensitivity levels are not the same based on when I push the window up.
It seems like such a small problem to have, but it is really annoying when I'm used to doing everything very quickly on my phone. Any way to fix this so that closing of the window is immediate?

I hadn't realized I didn't have the newest software. Unfortunately, I don't think that update helped. However, I went into the settings, changed the animation speed (Window animation scale, Transition animation scale, Animator duration scale), and that seems to have solved the issue. I changed all of the animation settings to "Animation off."
