Hi , I've been having this annoying issue with the network connection, where the phone loses network connection for a few seconds almost every time i try to dial a phone number, causing it to hang up because it loses network connection, has anyone had the same problem before?

No it's just the network connection itself that goes completely off for few seconds almost every time i try to make a phone call

This sounds typical for my phone experience - any past phone, not rog - when on data, but not on wifi. I do not use wifi calling. But if I receive a phone call while out playing Pokemon Go, PoGo will give me a "Network connection failed" error message just before the phone call notice displays on my phone. I don't know if there is a fix to that, such as configuring the connection to your wireless provider or if that is just the nature of 5G or 4G networks.

Merely I post to suggest it may not be a RoG issue, so expand your search for solutions to other forums that have asked for this kind of tech support question too.

That's right it doesn't really happen on the WiFi, however it never happened before on the previous phone i used the SIM card on , that's why I'm confused, also it happens only when I'm about to dial a phone number, that's when it loses network connection for couple of seconds before it goes back to work normally and it goes on
