Most credit card companies require warranties to be honored as a condition of using the card. Try filing a dispute if you can.

That problem is because your battery swelled (both or one of the two that are connected by a flex).
What country are you from? Because I see that you have official ASUS service and they don't even fix it after entering it 7 times!

Bro 8 times given still not fixed example of I recieve today after service they tell to open the rubberband etc after 1 day then next day when I start using in 2 hrs will loosen ..they said can't be fixed and use giving us no solution for it only solution is asking replacement they telling battery is not bulged confirmed with them

Well, in this case I don't know what to tell you.
I'm from Buenos Aires, Argentina and here there is no official ASUS support for the ROG Phone.
I have the ROG Phone 8 Pro Tencent Games version and I've had it for about 6 months.
The cover didn't come off, the battery didn't swell, the camera works perfectly.
I have it inside an official DEVILCASE case.
ASUS is washing its hands of the warranty since it should replace it because this problem you have is worldwide.
In this case, what else are you going to do if I've already entered the warranty 8 times and they wash their hands of it?

@Ashwin2 Your case is very interesting, since you have called the brand's official technical service 8 times and they have not given you any solution in this regard.
In this case, what do you plan to do about it?.
This problem that you had with the phone is worldwide.
