Just as the title indicates, each Crate application update introduces new bugs to my Claymore keyboard. It's unclear whether the keyboard is inherently defective or if there's another underlying issue, but it's frustrating that it malfunctions in various ways. The RGB lighting fails, the caps lock key frequently gets stuck requiring me to press shift to release it, and upon system startup, it doesn't synchronize with my ROG setup. My Gladius mouse exhibits similar problems. Regardless of who develops the software, it's subpar considering the premium price of this brand.
P.S. I have 2 Claymore keyboards and they both have the same issue.

Regarding the keyboard issue you encountered, we would like to gather more information. Please confirm the following:
If the above issues have been ruled out, we recommend you provide the Armoury Crate log for further analysis.
The logs contain detailed information about the software's operation and can help the team identify the problem.
Please ensure that the logs accurately record the occurrence of the issue.

Once you have completed the above steps, please upload the collected log files to a cloud storage service and send us the link via private message.
