Unable to access my Asus ROG Azoth in Armoury Crate

Hi,

I am unable to access my Asus ROG Azoth in my Armoury Crate application.

Here is what I have attempted:

1. Uninstalled everything using the tool

2. Uninstalled the driver for my Asus ROG Azoth keyboard

3. Reinstalled the Armoury Crate + Armoury Crate Gear - ROG Azoth from the website

4. Installed Armoury Crate first and then Armoury Crate Gear

5. Plugged in my Asus ROG Azoth keyboard to auto install the driver

6. Ran updates on Armoury Crate

I still received this message when trying to go to devices for the Asus ROG Azoth:

"We are sorry. There's an error with the device page. The application is going to reload the device page now. Please retry by clicking "Retry.". If you are using a USB device, please consider unplugging and re-plugging it. If the issue persists. we suggest that you restart your system."

Hi,

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling (step 1 - 3) but it did not work. The problem started when I just got the keyboard and was trying to adjust the keyboard settings.

I gave up on my current PC and was able to install and recognize the device with a different PC. I am thinking if it is maybe having Armoury Crate Gear and Armoury Crate at the same time causes conflict, and you can only have 1 or the other?

It also seems like Armoury Crate Gear does not allow you to customize the OLED screen for the ROG Azoth keyboard.
