Hello @chotto5 , according to the issue you encountered with product registration, we kindly request that you provide the following information in a private message so that we can assist you in removing the registered product from your account:
1. Product serial number
2. Email associated with the registration account
3. Photo of the purchase invoice/receipt and a screenshot of the page showing the product serial number linked to your account after logging in

Hi, @Aureliannn_ROG , what in case of when someone like me bought already used laptop with already registered product. I have got laptop etc. but no bill even when seller wrote on auction site that there will be send. After some time got an invoice of payment. Is there a possibility to change a user of an registered product despite a 2) step when i have no clue what previously owner had wrote down?
Should i ask him if it's possiblity? He gave me an answer of that he wrtoe down to support of unregistering a product but, unfortunatelly that did not work.
