ROG throne flicker

Can anyone help please 

after updating armoury crate my throne has developed rgb flicker. This only happens on aura sync setting and not on any other rgb profile

Tried reinstalling armoury crate and not helped 

think it’s an armoury crate

I have the same issue with ROG Thron when I got 

HAL Version 1.3.70.0 update started to flicker very annoyingly...

And thanks for the reply. No, I don’t believe that is the solution to the problem. Asus needs to review the update and send us a new one. I think they have missed something in it. I noticed that the HAL update broke the RGB and started blinking every few seconds, very frustrating, but as I said, it’s not the first time they’ve made mistakes, and we have to live with it.”

In Total agreement. This is what I told the ASUS guy telling me to uninstall. It’s the Theone update and I hope they will release another update to fix the issue

Exactly same issue here after buying a new Rog Throne. Asus please fix it!

the good news is that it’s not the hardware so i am really glad I started this thread and am grateful for the interest it generated in an attempt to solve

I won't uninstall this again since that would mean also reinstalling everything, doing a completely new training of fan curves and whatnot. I'm quite confident it's the Throne's software component. I disabled lighting on the Throne as long as there is no update available for installation. I will then install and provide my results after - if at all - this will have happened.

ASUS have just updated AC along with many components and yet nothing to sort out the throne issue 😞 come on ASUS get your act together. Likewise had to sort out fan curves again. Really annoying!

I have received an update from AC today.

I hope they didn’t try to solve the issue with this update. Version 5.9.4.0.
