Rog strix scope wireless 2,4 GHz problem

Hello, i have an issue with my keyboard, when i try to use it on 2,4 GHz mode the keyboard has crazy big input lag, i tried to uninstall armory crate with uninstaller app and then installed it again with cable and dongle connected. Software has updated, keyboard was working fine for like 15 minutes but then the lag appeared again. Also it seems that the wireless connection has a really short range, it disconnects when the keyboard is around 2 metres away. Please help me.

based on your issue, could you provide the product model?

May I ask whether the issue happen when using wired connection?

What's your current Armoury Crate and keyboard firmware version?

Could you also help record and provide the relevant logs for us to investigate further?
