Rog Strix Scope II 96 Wireless - Armoury Crate

Hello,

I recently bought the Scope II 96 Wireless, but i got a problem setting it up in Armoury Crate.

If i use the Omni Receiver, i can use the Keyboard, but it doesnt show up in Armoury Crate.

If i connect the cable, it shows up. What can i do to be able to use it in wireless mode and use the functions of Armoury Crate? Already did a Uninstall of AC etc...

based on your description, it seems that you're unable to use the Armoury Crate features on your wireless keyboard. 

To troubleshoot this issue, please follow these steps:

  • Verify ROG OMNI RECEIVER Firmware Version: Please download the latest firmware for your ROG OMNI RECEIVER and update it according to the instructions. After updating, please re-pair your keyboard with the receiver.
  • Verify Device Pairing: Ensure only one receiver is paired at a time: Please make sure that only one ROG OMNI RECEIVER is connected to your computer.
    Delete and re-pair: In Armoury Crate, find your ROG OMNI RECEIVER, delete the keyboard pairing information, and then re-pair it according to the instructions.
  • Update Armoury Crate: Please visit the following link ROG Strix Scope II 96 Wireless | Gaming keyboards|ROG - Republic of Gamers|ROG Global (asus.com) and follow the steps to update Armoury Crate to the latest version.

If you have reinstalled the software and the issue still persists, please provide the Armoury Crate logs for our reference. 

Please ensure that you enable the Armoury Crate log recording function while reproducing the issue.
(Please ensure that the log records the entire process of connecting the receiver, opening Armoury Crate, and the keyboard not being displayed on the device page.)

Once you have completed the above steps, please upload the collected log files to a cloud storage service and send us the link via private message. 
Also, please provide us with your product serial number and the screenshot of the Armoury crate update center.
