ROG Strix Scope II 96 Wireless - Amoury Crate Device Page Not Loading and Aura Sync inconsistent.

I've had numerous issues with getting Amoury Crate and Aura Sync to work correctly with my new ROG Strix Scope II 96 Wireless Keyboard I recently purchased. After a lot of fiddling I finally got Aura Sync to detect the keyboard and I made a custom lighting profile for my editing settings. Now, I'm trying to open the device page so i can save this profile to the onboard memory but the issue is the device page will not load for the keyboard in amoury crate. I'm able to load my ASUS TUF Gaming motherboard in the device page however the keyboard just reports and error message. Any solution to this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @MangoBorracho ,

based on your issue, is the problem that Armoury Crate cannot recognize your keyboard? 

Have you tried using the official uninstall tool to uninstall and then reinstall the software?

Could you provide a screenshot of the error message you mentioned? 

How are you currently connecting the keyboard? If you change to a different connection method, does the problem still occur? 

Have you tried connecting the keyboard to another device? 

Please provide the keyboard's product serial number and logs via private message.

Please confirm that the logs have accurately recorded the issue at the time it occurred.
