Rog Strix Scope II 96 led issue

Much like the people in this thread https://rog-forum.asus.com/t5/gaming-peripherals/asus-rog-strix-scope-rx-leds-problems/td-p/919239 I have keys no longer displaying blue, just a month and a half outside my warranty. Incredibly frustrating that this has happened to multiple people just outside warranty.

Regarding the blue light display issue you're experiencing, we would like to gather more information. Please confirm the following:

  1. Color display: Are other colors displaying normally besides blue?
  2. Firmware update: Please confirm that your keyboard firmware is updated to the latest version.
  3. Connection mode: Have you tried using different connection cables or ports to test?

If the above issues have been ruled out, we recommend you provide the Armoury Crate log for further analysis.

The logs contain detailed information about the software's operation and can help the team identify the problem.
Please ensure that the logs accurately record the occurrence of the issue.
Here are the steps to collect Armoury Crate logs:

Once you have completed the above steps, please upload the collected log files to a cloud storage service and send us the link via private message. 
Also, please provide us with your product serial number.

Providing detailed device specifications (MB/CPU/GPU/PSU, etc.) and the respective driver versions, OS version, and BIOS version will help us analyze the issue more effectively.
