Basically, what is happening is that whenever I turn my computer on, my ROG Strix Flare keyboard will behave normally for a bit, but around 10-20 seconds after getting to the startup screen, the keyboard's lighting animation will reset back to the beginning, and the responsiveness of the keyboard itself becomes way worse. I have to wait a half second or even over a full second to press another key; it's like every key is on a cooldown. This period of poor responsiveness will usually last for what feels like a full minute, maybe slightly more, before the lighting animation resets again and the keyboard behaves normally again. Again, this always happens shortly after I turn my computer on, but it never repeats past that point, so it's not like a huge issue, but it's still annoying, and I'm wondering why the problem exists.
