Hello,
My ROG Strix Flare II keyboard is preventing Windows 11 from going to sleep - more exactly, it wakes up / resumes from sleep 1s after entering S3 state.
Using powercfg to disable device wake fixes the problem but of course then I can't use the keyboard to resume from Sleep.
Had to use these 3 commands (all of them, not just one) to prevent waking up:
powercfg -devicedisablewake "ROG STRIX FLARE II"
powercfg -devicedisablewake "HID Keyboard Device"
powercfg -devicedisablewake "HID Keyboard Device (001)"
Device firmware: 1.00.13
Armory Crate version 5.8.6.0
ASUS Keyboard HAL 1.2.55.0
KeyboardSDK 3.00.47
Armory Crate Plugin - Keyboard 1.2.30
ROG Chakram X works as expected - can resume from Sleep and it doesn't prevent it.

Hi @666CZR ,
based on your issue, is it because of an external keyboard that your laptop cannot enter sleep mode?
After the laptop enters sleep mode, does it wake up after a few seconds without pressing the power button, pressing any key on the keyboard, or clicking the mouse button?
If you remove the external keyboard, does the issue resolve?
Whether you provide a video demonstrating the issue as you described?
Can you please provide the current laptop model?
Also, please provide logs for our reference.
Please confirm that the logs have accurately recorded the issue at the time it occurred.
For log operation steps, please refer to Q5: What is App Diagnostics? (New Feature)

After recording the log, please upload it to the cloud, approve access, and PM me the link.
Additionally, kindly provide the product serial number too, thank you.

Aureliannn_ROG It's not a laptop, it's a desktop (see my signature).
You are seeing multiple "HID Keyboard Device" because it seems at least one of them originates from the mouse (Chakram X) - maybe due to having a joystick? I don't know.
So the problem wasn't the keyboard itself but the wireless dongle from the Chakram X ! Being connected to the mouse pad (Balteus QI) via USB passthrough prevents Windows going to & staying in Sleep and the only two ways to fix this are:
1) connecting the dongle elsewhere (directly to the PC OR ROG Throne OR Strix Flare II USB passthrough all work)
OR
2) disabling wake-up from HID Keyboard Device using powercfg
I believe this is a firmware issue with ROG Balteus Qi and/or its USB passthrough implementation. Nothing related to ArmouryCrate so no point in logging.
Connecting anything else (like a USB stick) to Balteus Qi doesn't raise an issue. Only the Chakram dongle does.
I attached a video recording of what happens.
