My Asos ROG doesn't go over 80% charge. I can keep it plugged in for hours, but it never goes over that percentage. It used to charge fully, but it doesn't anymore. The controller has very few hours of use, so it's impossible for the battery life to be degraded.
It's been updated to the latest version.
