I recently updated the firmware for ROG Harpe Ace for the omni receiver, I connected my Azoth keyboard and the Harpe mouse. Everything was working fine until I had to move my PC and disconnect it from the power. When I powered my PC back up and opened AC, the omni receiver was no longer an option and the mouse and key board had to be wired to work. I tried to reinstall the firmware update and the update option is greyed out and will not let me install. Just as well I have also tried uninstalling AC and installing it again and it still did not work.

Hello ROG0818
Have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting the wireless dongle? Could try another pc usb port as well.

Sorry for the delayed response, I have tried unplugging the dongle and all, as well as trying a different usb, still nothing.

to assist you better, we would like to further confirm:
When you mentioned the "receiver is no longer an option" do you mean that the receiver is not showing up in the Armoury Crate device page?
