I recently bought ROG Harpe 2 Ace and when i used it for first time all the RGB ( Mouse wheel and the asus logo) were working and i can customize them. But now the front logo one is not working and can't even customize it as its not showing on the Gearlink app.
I am running latest firmware and device updates. Tried with wired,wireless and bluetooh mode but its still not showing.
Can anyone please help me.
