ROG Falchion NX volume issue

Hi all, I am having an issue with my new falchion NX wireless keyboard.  Every time I reposition my keyboard the volume adjusts.  I can barely move it and it does it. Since I'm constantly adjusting the position its starting to bother me. Thanks!

Hello savantish69

You are most likely activating the touch panel when moving your keyboard, the touch panel is set to volume control by default.

The touch panel is located at the left side of your keyboard as shown in green below the lightbar. Slide your finger towards the + sign to raise the volume, slide your finger towards the - sign to lower the volume.

You can customize or disable all the sections of the touch panel in Armoury Crate if you wish.
