ROG FALCHION NX HAVING PROBLEM

HELLO GUYS CAN ANYBODY HELP ME PLS.

MY ROG FALCHION NX GAMING KEYBOARD HAVING HARD TIME TO TURN IT ON EVERYTIME I SWITCH IT ON IT DOES NOT TURN ON RIGHT AWAY. I TAKES MULTIPLE TIMES TO TRY BEFORE IT ACTUALLY WOKRS.

SOMETIMES WHILE IM IN THE MIDDLE OF MY GAME MY KEYBOARD JUST SUDDENLY TURNS OFF . AND THATS SUCK.

PLEASE HELP GUYS ON WHAT SHOULD I DO  WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX THIS PROBLEM

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your ROG Falchion.

1) Try resetting your keyboard by pressing and holding Fn + Caps keys until the led's stop flashing red.

2) Does the problem occur in both wired and wireless mode?

3) Is your ROG Falchion fully updated in Armoury Crate?

Thankyou for replying my issue.

1.So far i've already tried resetting my device and still having the same issue

2.wired is good its working even in wireless its working as long as there is power supply thats what i notice i check armoury crate and its says its fully charged. because what i think before is its just low battery but its not.

3.yes it is fully updated in Amoury Crate 

What should i do next ? what else i can do to get this fix?

Make sure the wireless dongle is connected to a pc usb port, you can use motherboard or pc case usb ports.

If the wireless dongle is connected to a pc usb port, try using the usb extender.

1) Connect the charging cable to a pc usb port.

2) Connect the usb extender to the cable.

3) Connect the wireless dongle to the usb extender.

4) Clip the usb extender to your mouse pad.

5) Test if you're still having the issue.

Have you tried different usb ports?

You can use motherboard or pc case usb ports.

Ok,

You say it works fine with wired mode, so the issue seems to be with 2.4GHz wireless mode.

The only things I can think of would be possibly signal interference from another device, or an issue with the wireless switch or wireless dongle.
