rog falchion nx doesn't work anymore

Hello everyone, this keyboard has been on for 2 months and until yesterday it was working perfectly, since then I started having problems. In short, I no longer have keys working out of nowhere and I can't even reset the keyboard because the fn key doesn't work.i can't use many caps like: space delete, ctrl, fn and some combination caps,someone can help me?

Regarding the issue you are experiencing, we would like to further confirm: Does the problem occur with both wired and 2.4G wireless connections?

Additionally, could you please verify if your keyboard firmware is updated to the latest version?

If you try connecting the keyboard to other devices, is the issue resolved?

Hi @Aureliannn_ROG, the problem persists both wired and 2.4G wireless connections. The firmware is updated to the latest version and on other devices it gives the same problem. Now I don't know what to do anymore
