ROG Falchion doogle 2.4 is not detected

i got a new keyboard and the thing is that i can´t use the mode wireless 2.4, if i conect the keyboard with the cable it Works perfectly, and after some actualizations it even got the aura program for RGB, but no matter what i do my laptop doesn´t detect the keyboard if i use the doogle, i dont know why but another thing is that if i use it with cable in the administator of devices the keyboard is detected as mouse, but it doesn´t affect in the rest of the things, i don´t know what i can do, its the second time i erreased the app armory create, and obviosly it isn´t the problem, i thinks its something about hardware but it is just me

based on your issue, may I ask whether the issue occur after you update Armoury Crate to version 5.7.3.0?

Did the issue exist in the previous version?

Could you also help record and provide the relevant logs for us to investigate further?
