Rog claymore II Kay not working or not properly

So I've got this problem recently and I've searched up in here and they say fn + ESC will solve the problem. But for me it's not I've try to update it before and it still not work. All the middle key ( Q - L ) are not kind of working. For example if I need to type "u" I need to press "u" and "j" at the same time so it will pop out "uj" . Please fix this problem it's been 2 years.

• Hardware check: To confirm if the problem is with the keyboard itself, we recommend connecting another keyboard to your computer to see if you experience similar key abnormalities. If other keyboards work normally, then the problem may be with the ROG Claymore II keyboard itself.
• Firmware update: Please ensure that your ROG Claymore II keyboard firmware is updated to the latest version. The latest firmware usually includes bug fixes and performance optimizations, which may resolve the issue you are experiencing.

Not working at all got the same problem twice. not worth the money.
