ROG claymore II esc key not working

Hi, 

The Esc key stopped working all of a sudden on my ROG claymore 2 .. I have tried in both wired and wireless mode , still not working . I tried to do a reset with holding down Fn+Esc   for 15 seconds but i guess its not working since Esc key itself stopped working . I have uninstalled AC using uninstall tool and reinstalled it and still the issue persists. Any idea on how to debug / fix this issue ?

In reference to your issue, is the problem isolated to the ESC key not functioning? 

When did the problem first start occurring? Have you updated the keyboard firmware to the latest version? 

Kindly provide screenshots of the Armoury Crate Update Center, a video showing the abnormal behavior during operation, and logs.
