ROG Claymore II - A and B keys randomly press at odd times.

I just bought this new keyboard and I love it, though I have this issue since getting it this start February that the A key and B key are pressed. I checked and reset the keyboard off of the macros that it can store to make sure it wasn't that. But even while not typing or doing anything, it sometimes pop up like when I go get a drink or make food and then come back to see aaaaaaaabababaaaa or something like that.

Worse thing is, when gaming it happens, A moves me to the left. You see where this is going, can actually ruin gaming in split second moments. Drivers has been reinstalled, Armoury Crate reinstalled. Nothing. But I also noticed when it pops up and I backspace to delete it might just repeat pressing 'a' constantly if I do it fast enough like backspace acts like another 'a' key.  It's mostly A being here but sometimes B also occurs. It's also quite annoying when writing cause sometimes there's randomly inserted an 'a' somewhere in the mix and I have to go back and remove it.

Am I having some sort of hardware issue or what am I looking at here?

Hello,

Sorry that you are experiencing this issue. You could perhaps do a quick hardware reset to see if the problem persists. Begin by connecting your keyboard to your PC, and hold down Fn + Esc on your keyboard for 3 seconds, until LEDs start strobing red.

Hi, thanks but that I've also done multiple times. From what I've tried, I'm thinking it might be hardware issue.

Still having this issue.

Also, I get a reply on my email instead of here(?) Which I don't like cause I don't see who it is from.

Think this may be tied to software(?) Since after updates on all the ROG hardware it came back more frequently.

If your keyboard is up-to-date and a hardware reset doesn't solve the issue, please test the keyboard on another PC and see if the issue occurs. If it still does then it may be a hardware issue, and may need to be sent in for an RMA.
