Rog Chakram x Origin and 8000hz

Друзья, всем привет!
Пожалуйста, помогите с проблемой.

Суть такова: мышка на проводе не обрабатывает 8000hz.
Я обновил практически все, что было возможно, а именно: BIOS, Windows, прошивку мыши, драйвер чипсета и т.д.

Оригинальный провод из комплекта находится на порту USB 3.2, хотя такая же ситуация происходит абсолютно со всеми портами

Оперативная память: 32 ГБ
3200 ГГ Windows 11 (23H2)

Версия прошивки мыши: 02.22.17
Версия ресивера (2.4ggh) 1.00.16

based on your question, the polling rate of 8000 Hz is only supported in wired mode. 

You can refer to the table below for details. 

If you are currently using the wired mode but unable to achieve 8000 Hz, please provide us with the settings screen where you cannot reach 8000 Hz. 

If you have confirmed that the mouse firmware is up to date, please provide the logs for analysis by our backend team. 

To record logs, you need to connect using the wired mode, navigate to the Polling rate page, and end the log recording. 

Please ensure that the logs accurately capture the issue when it occurs.

After recording the log, please upload it to the cloud, approve access, and PM me the link.
Additionally, kindly provide the product serial number too.
