ROG Azoth wired connection not workin and not picking up charge

Hello, my ROG Azoth I got in December 2023 has begun to not pick up any charge while wired into my computer or laptop or AC adapter into a wall outlet and the device resets after a few seconds of use, disconnecting and rendering it so that it can't update to become compatible with the OMNI wireless device because the device disconnects and reconnects every few seconds. I tried resetting the keyboard multiple times wit the FN+ESC keys to no avail. Is the issue something that I can replace with a part swap or software update or does the device need to be replaced?

I tried reinstalling armoury crate and updating the receiver, but the program will not work to update the keyboard because it doesn't stay connected for the entire process.

Based on the issues you've described, we believe there might be a hardware malfunction with your keyboard.
