ROG Azoth OLED settings not saving

My ROG Azoth OLED keep showing default animation whenever switching from wireless dongle to wired mode and vice versa. It started to happen after recent armory crate update. I need to click apply in oled setting every time I switch connection mode, or it will keep showing that annoying default rog animation.

based on your question, have you tried using the official Armoury Crate uninstall tool to uninstall the software and then reinstall it? 

Do your custom profiles revert to default animations? 

Has your keyboard firmware been updated to the latest version? 

Can you assist in providing a screenshot of the Armoury Crate update center page and logs for our reference? 

Please confirm that the logs accurately recorded the issue at the time it occurred.

After recording the log, please upload it to the cloud, approve access, and PM me the link. 

Additionally, please provide the product serial number.
