ROG azoth not working with aura creator with 2.4 ghz after omni receiver update

I just bought the rog azoth and used the aura creator just fine then I had to update and now I get this and unable to select the keyboard saying its not supported? But I just used it yesterday so I don't see how that's the case

 

I also get this if I am in 2.4ghz mode and I have windows 10 and can't see dynamic lighting anywhere and i made sure to uninstall and reinstall the windows 10 version and I get the same problem, please help me I really enjoyed this keyboard but this problem is making me feel like ripping my hair out

based on your issue, may I ask have you try using Armoury Crate "Uninstall tool" to reinstall the software?

May I ask when did the issue occur?

Have you change any setting or update anything then the issue started occur?

If it is on the general device page, can the keyboard be recognized? 
Have you updated the keyboard firmware? 
Please provide a screenshot of the Armoury Crate update center page and logs for analysis.

After recording the log, please upload it to the cloud, approve access, and PM me the link.

I did use the uninstall tool.

It happened 03/02/2024 and I bought the first used the rog azoth on the 01/02/2024.

The problem started right after the omni receiver firmware update got downloaded.

On my windows device manager it does not show up it only shows onmi receiver but on my armoury crate it is recognised.

All of the firmware has been updated and I armoury crate has no more updates to give me.

Also I sent the logs but its a persistent issue I cant recreate it the keyboard just doesn't work with aura create

Hello,

Aureliannn_ROG has let me know that Armoury Crate 5.8.6 will be fully released on 2/22 and will fix this issue, I was able to do the update this morning and everything seems to be fixed!
