ROG Azoth not allowing me to use custom gifs on oled

Just bought a brand new ROG Azoth white keyboard and downloaded the software updated it to the newest version and i have no option to select a custom gif for the oled screen, i used the uninstall tool and reinstalled and i cant even load the azoth page in armoury crate any help would be appreciated  🙂 first time using a forum  like this thanks

This still isnt working its not detecting armoury crate in dynamic lighting is there anything else that could fix it? Im pretty sure my version of armoury crate just isnt working correctly, Its detecting that i have the keyboard but it just doesn't load the pageScreenshot 2024-07-22 193153.png

Ok, it's showing you're in wired mode.

Try switching to 2.4GHz wireless mode (not bluetooth), then click on the ROG Omni Receiver.

Does this get any pages to show?

 

 

 

I switched to 2.4Ghz Wireless mode and when i click on rog omni receiver its still a black screen

Try disconnecting the wireless dongle and reconnecting it, maybe try another pc usb port.

We understand that you are unable to load the ROG Azoth page in Armoury Crate, and that you are also seeing a "redirecting" message in the user center. You have already tried installing the latest version of Armoury Crate and reinstalling it, but the problem persists.
If the above is correct, we would like to ask you the following questions:

  1. When you say that you tried reinstalling Armoury Crate, did you use the official Armoury Crate uninstall tool? You can find the tool at the following link: ROG Azoth | Gaming keyboards|ROG - Republic of Gamers|ROG Global (asus.com)
  2. Have you tried connecting the keyboard to a different device to see if the problem persists?

In addition, to help us better analyze the cause of the problem, we would like to request you to provide us with the Armoury Crate log file.

The log file contains detailed information about the software's operation and can help the backend team identify the source of the problem.

Please make sure that the log file contains the exact time when the problem occurred.

Here are the steps on how to collect the Armoury Crate log file:

Providing detailed device specifications (MB/CPU/GPU/PSU, etc.) and the respective driver versions, OS version, and BIOS version will help us analyze the issue more effectively.

Hey thanks for the response, Ive tried uninstalling reinstalling using the official uninstall tool, I tried it on another device and it does work on another computer perfectly. Its just my computer that is having the problem with armoury crate.

I normally don't suggest this, but since your ROG Azoth works on another pc, and reinstalling Armoury Crate didn't fix it, a windows reinstall would likely get it working.
