ROG Azoth not allowing me to use custom gifs on oled

Just bought a brand new ROG Azoth white keyboard and downloaded the software updated it to the newest version and i have no option to select a custom gif for the oled screen, i used the uninstall tool and reinstalled and i cant even load the azoth page in armoury crate any help would be appreciated  🙂 first time using a forum  like this thanks

Have you updated to the ROG Omni Receiver?

If you haven't, install this firmware update. - ROG Azoth | Gaming keyboards｜ROG - Republic of Gamers｜ROG Global (asus.com)

Once installed, the ROG Omni Receiver should show in the Armoury Crate Device list.

Click on the ROG Omni Receiver and it should show this.

To update your keyboard in Armoury Crate:

1) Connect the cable to your keyboard and a pc usb port.

2) Set the wireless switch on your keyboard to wired mode (switch set to the center position).

3) Connect the wireless dongle to a pc usb port.

4) Do the update in Armoury Crate.

Let's get you updated and see if you're able to access the The ROG Azoth OLED page, then I'll help you upload a GIF.

Hey I installed the update you sent and its still doing the same thing, when i go to devices and click on ROG azoth or ROG omni receiver the pages still don't load. Here is a picture of what I'm seeing

Hmmm, yeah your Device list is empty.

Let's see if we can fix that.

I'll have you uninstall Armoury Crate and reinstall, you'll have an update in Armoury Crate once reinstalled so, follow these steps.

1) Connect the cable to your keyboard and a pc usb port.

2) Set the wireless switch on your keyboard to wired mode (switch set to the center position).

3) Connect the wireless dongle to a pc usb port.

4) Uninstall Armoury Crate from windows.

5) Reboot your pc.

6) Install Armoury Crate version 3.2.11.2 - Armoury Crate - Support (asus.com)

7) Go to the Armoury Crate update center and do the updates.

Are you able to access the ROG Omni Receiver and your ROG Azoth after doing this?

i did everything you said i should do and im still having the same issue. but now when i go to the user center and try to sign in its stuck on redirecting.

Having these little issues makes me want to ask if you're signed into windows with an administrator account, Armoury Crate wasn't designed for standard user accounts.

Does anything show in your Armoury Crate Device list?

Another thing you'll want to do is turn off Windows Dynamic Lighting to give Armoury Crate full control.

Hey I checked and i am on a administator account, also I turned off dynamic lighting and armoury crate is not popping up under background light controls

Try turning the dynamic lighting on and off, see if this gets Armoury Crate to show. You can move Armoury Crate to the top of the list by clicking and holding, then move it to the top.
