ROG Azoth knob bug still not fixed after a year!

My Azoth's knob does not work at all for certain functions (lighting brightness, OLED brightness) even after a year when posted on this forum. Does ASUS have no intention of fixing this issue?

based on your quesion, could you kindly provide the product serial number via private messege to me?

Whether you have encounter when using the scroll wheel on the volume control, the volume can't be reduced or increased, and can only be muted or unmute. Adjusting brightness can only be 100% or 0%?

Please note that the controls for lighting brightness and OLED brightness are disabled when Aura Sync is enabled.
