ROG AZOTH Keyboard - One key LED is not displaying the same color

BunniePancakes

I purchased this Keyboard way back in March this year. I have the lighting effect always on static with its default white LED background. But now, my ALT key is displaying yellow instead of white. I've already tried to reset and re-config it through crate but nothing worked so far. Is there any other method to check what's going on with my keyboard?

I still have a warranty for the device and I believe is valid for a year.

My Scope 96 has done the same but it was my fault, I'd spilt coffee on a couple of keys. Not saying that's what you've done, but mine is exactly the same - perma yellow. Either way, if one of the LEDs is broken best to RMA.

Oh it might be, I always have a mug of water beside me and drink from it very often. I probably spilled some drops. I'll probably have my keyboard checked on the store I bought hoping the warranty will allow them to fix this one. Appreciate the insight!

Hi @BunniePancakes ,

Thank you for providing the detailed information. In order to assist you better with the abnormal LED color issue on your ROG AZOTH keyboard, we would like to gather more information. Please confirm the following:
