I have recently purchased an ROG Azoth Extreme, and overall, the keyboard is amazing. I have however been encountering a bug with regards to the OLED screen, specifically with the Hardware Info/Laptop Battery screens.
Specifically, if the laptop reboots, if the keyboard goes to sleep, or if the connection is changed, the OLED screen no longer displays the requested information. This happens in most instances, although I have encountered situations where one of the two content screens retains its content, but never both. Instead, the battery section simply displays - - % instead of the percentage, and the hardware information section usually resets to CPU Frequency, but it also can't display it, it shows -- Mhz.
I have tried reinstalling Armoury Crate, reinstalling Windows entirely, resetting the keyboard, repairing it from the Omni Receiver, all without any success. I am currently using it paired to the same Omni Receiver as a Keris 2 Origin mouse.
Now, I initially assumed that there was something wrong with my keyboard, which is not nice to experience when you pay so much for a peripheral, but after looking on the internet, I've found someone describing the exact same issue that I'm experiencing, a year ago, where the issue was acknowledged by a moderator, it was described as being connected to the HTML update of the device, and it was said that a fix was being worked on. The thread was locked and marked as solved however, it is here. There was no mention of the issue actually being solved or of an update being pushed however.
Is the issue still being present and acknowledged? I'd like to mention that I made sure to update the firmware of the Azoth Extreme before pairing it to the same Omni Receiver as the mouse, the Keyboard Firmware Version is 4.00.12, the dongle version is 7.00.04.
