so i have an asus rog strix scope ii 96 wireless, and it appears in aura sync in wireless mode and allows me to change the rgb, but none of the changes ever actually happen, its stuck on colour cycle. When i connect it via usb, (yes i switched the keyboard to wired mode) it appears but is greyed out and doesnt let me even attempt to change it. i have uninstalled and re installed armoury crate and aura sync many times and it isnt working. Just to clarify the keyboard still WORKS, im typing this using it, but it would be nice to get the customisation options working.
(Side note: None of the keyboard shortcuts for changing the rgb mode, brightness, anything are working, i have tried the default key, but nothing is happening}
If this issue can be fixed then i would highly recommend this keyboard because it feels and sounds amazing and i dont notice any latency between keypress and output, however it is highly off putting that i cant do anything with the rgb/profiles
